Like all villas in the development, the central focus is an L-shaped pool with Jacuzzi surrounded by modern outdoor furniture and lush tropical gardens.
The 3-bedroom villas are built to a similar layout to the 2-bedroom villas, although the larger pavilion contains two guest bedrooms on the ground floor, both of which share a spacious bathroom.
The 4-Bedroom Plumeria Place Villas are furnished with 3 double bedrooms, a single bedroom with two single beds, and another single bedroom. Here the master bedroom is located in its own separate pavilion and the single bedroom is accessed through the pavilion from the living room and kitchen.
