5 steps to a GREAT ending: increase my ejaculations

1. Do your training.

Exercising is a quick and easy way to increase both the volume and power of your ejaculate. Even a quick training session increases testosterone, which means you get fitter and get more sperm too. 3. Rethink the party scene.

No, you don’t have to stay home every Friday night, but realize that those late-night parties are harboring a couple of enemies for a bigger loadout. What are they?

* Sleep deprivation: Researchers have found that not getting enough sleep each night can negatively affect your testosterone levels…in other words, real men sleep.

* Alcohol: Having a few drinks with your friends won’t make you any less of a man, but heavy drinking (more than four drinks in an hour) will cause your testosterone to build up and go into the hills.

4. Enjoy your morning “wood.”

Come again?
