5 ramifications of presidential conducive behaviors?

Whether one supports him and the policies he articulates, or opposes them, most would probably agree, President Donald Trump’s behavior, rhetoric, attitude, and relationships with others are apparently different from anyone you have seen before, from its predecessors. (in recent memory). When you occupy the White House, your words, in general, have potential ramifications, in the future, in a relevant and sustainable way. Furthermore, we have never before witnessed as many cases as other public officials, either knowingly or accidentally, allowing this type of behavior. This is true, whether it is affecting constitutional guarantees, international relations, the need for a timely response to the dangers of Climate Change, the protection of our environment, or many other areas! With that in mind, this article will briefly attempt to consider, examine, review, and discuss 5 of these ramifications, and why, it’s important to take note, before it’s too late.

1. Limits of the Executive Power: When he ran for office, Mr. Trump famously proclaimed that he was so popular that he could shoot and kill someone on Fifth Avenue and get away with it. Unfortunately, since he assumed the presidency of the United States, it seems that he has tried to progressively expand the powers of the Executive Branch. He has surrounded himself with individuals, who train him, and this conduct, by proclaiming, our Chief Executive, has the rights extended, etc! If, as it seems to many, he goes unpunished, regardless of the various cases revealed, of excessive and improper behavior, such as with respect to Ukraine, Russia, China, North Korea, as well as his rhetoric and actions, at the national level, in terms of apparently trying to ignore the protection of all liberties, justice and liberties, for all, instead of trying to choose, and choose!

two. Balance of powers: Our Founding Fathers believed that we needed a Balance of Powers, with co-equal branches of government, of the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branches. President Trump seems to ignore them, when appointing judges, the Bar Association, who they consider unqualified, simply because they agree with his personal / political agenda, and / or his own interest, and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell , you have enabled it, due to your apparent political preferences, etc. By denying documents and prohibiting the testimony of people from his administration, during impeachment hearings, etc., this trend has continued, and senators and congressmen, from his political party, seem to choose politics, over politics and the national interest. . .

3. Rate: The Emoluments Clause was created to ensure that no President would benefit financially from his entanglements, but, again, this President has maintained control and operation of many of his businesses, including hotels, that so many seem to have. . stay in, to prove your loyalty, to the man!

Four. Ethics: Shouldn’t we expect and demand more and better behavior, integrity and ethics than we have witnessed since January 20, 2017?

5. Respect for the Constitution: If we start caring only about those parts of the Constitution that benefit us, personally (or any personal / political position), what kind of precedent does that set? This means that all aspects and since the House of Representatives has the responsibility for federal spending, etc. when the President changes the allocation (like transferring money to his Wall), the future could have many negative ramifications!

We need to elect public officials, who put citizenship and quality policies, based on our heritage and constitutional guarantees, before any personal / political agenda, and / or self-interest! If people simply allow questionable behavior and action, by prioritizing either politics and / or their fears / greed, there will certainly be undesirable ramifications in the future!
