Where are table showers held?

What do I wear during this type of treatment?
During tabletop showers, you typically don’t wear anything, but state laws generally require you to be covered at all times for the duration of your session. This is the same as most massage therapy regulations, except instead of being covered with a sheet, your private areas are covered with a towel.
What does the table shower treatment consist of??
This service provides a great help in keeping your skin healthy and clean because it is normally rubbed from head to toe (except in the obvious areas!) With an exfoliating sponge / cloth or cleansing body wash / scrub gel. Exfoliation is the process of removing dead skin cells from your body to expose the fresh, “younger” skin underneath. This helps prevent acne, ingrown hairs, and improves the overall appearance and health of your skin.
After lying face down on the table, your masseuse will bathe your body with water at a temperature that is set to your liking. Then comes the body scrub with gentle, massage-like movements. This helps not only to cleanse the skin, but it also helps increase blood circulation and induces a state of relaxation. Once finished, the final rinse arrives. Most spas that offer tabletop showers will also shampoo your hair if requested. Why not?
