Or, if you really want to cut calories, buy a tall American coffee or just fresh brewed coffee. Americano has 10 calories and brewed coffee has only 5 calories. But remember, once you start adding cream and sugar, the calories start to increase.

It can be hard to resist cake when you’re shopping for your cup of coffee, especially when baristas offer you samples at the counter! But, you may be better off skipping the zucchini walnut muffin for 490 calories. Who would say that something with zucchini would have that many calories?

Lately there has been a lot of excitement for tea, that is, green tea for weight loss. If you opted for brewed Tazo tea, your drink has 0 calories.
To lose weight, you basically want to burn more calories than you consume. Drinking tea can save you calories in your weight loss efforts.
