How to resolve “Error – 69” when you sync iTunes with your iPod

2. The name of the problem file appears on the screen at the top of the iTune windows while updating the iPod. Delete the file from the music list that will be synced with your iPod
3. Select the iPod in the Source panel of iTunes.
4. Click the Summary tab.
5. Select the “Sync only selected songs and videos” check box.
6. Select the required item under Library in the sidebar and find the corrupted file in the list.
7. Deselect the check box next to the file name.
