In this article I want to tell you why the two most famous abs exercises are not the most effective out there. There are many exercises for a flat stomach, but only a few show reliable results.

The two best-known abdominal exercises, sit-ups and sit-ups, are not as good as everyone thinks. Simply pumping abs over and over does not show the best results!
